When my truck is cold my speeedometer moves back and forth real fast and makes aloud sound, after awhile about ten minutes it stops. This is really irritating. thanks for your answer in advance.

Hey Suzanne,

This sounds like you have a vehicle speed sensor that is going out. This sensor is located on the transmission tailhousing and costs about 60.00 bucks from the dealer but you might be able to find it on Amazon.
