1996 Toyota Tacoma Hard shaking and wobbling

When I am driving and put on my brakes to slow down I feel a strong shake and wobble in the front end. The last time I had this shaking it was a u-joint that litteraly was about to fall apart, but this time i have checked all the u joints in the drive shaft and they are all good. The rotors seem to be good also. I don't know what else I can do to fix this. Any ideas

From the symptom description, the cause should be the brake rotors.

Measurements have to be taken to find out if the rotors are warped causing the vibration during braking. Even if rotors are warped, they would not show any visible signs.
