1996 Toyota T-100 Blinkers and Hazards

Electrical problem
1996 Toyota T-100 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic +270K miles

My blinker and hazard light fuses blew, I replaced them. The blinker would stay on solid, now does nothing. I checked the wiring, no breaks located.
Is there a relay? If so, where??

check the flasher relay, located behind left side, center of dash. if OK suspect faulty multi function (turn signal) switch
