1995 Toyota T-100 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

The truck's engine turns but does not start. It keeps blowing up the fuse A30.

You got 1 30amp fuse at no.8 is this the one

You have a short circuit with the starting system or a circuit thats tighted into it-Do you have a repair manual?
