1993 Toyota Supra engine dont turn over

installed battery backwards(reversed - ,+)lights,buzzer all work engine does not start. i have replaced 2 blown 15amp fuses(domelight,efi) now i am thinking the efi or starter fuse is also bad. what else can i check?
