When testing a coil using a multimeter, what ohm setting do I select?

If its a digital meter use 200 scale for the primary resistances and 20K scale for the secondary resistances-

I am testing the coil now, at 200k I am getting -00.0 for my primary and at 20k I'm getting 10.98 for my secondary. Does this sound right?

Retest the primary don't sound right see below
