I have installed a new clutch on my car and I went to bleed the system and after i was done i had about 2 inches of freeplay that i didnt have before. My car wont go in gear when its running but if i put it in gear before i start it jumps like it would if i popped the clutch. I replaced the slave cylinder and it doesnt seem to help. What do you think it could be?

HI there ,
Re check that there is no air in the system, check the pedal free play is correct, did the clutch fork and pivot go back correctly, is it locked on the pivot ball?
