1987 Toyota Supra 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 172K miles
I recently bought an 87 supra non-turbo. When I am in third gear between 2k and 3k rpms there is a vibration coming from the car, but barely felt in the steering wheel. From then until about 45mph there is nothing, then very intense vibrations after 45 but only when pressing on the gas. Like I will get it up to 55-60 and he vibration will get scary but let off the gas and it goes away. Also when I press down the clutch while slowing to a stop there will sometimes be a like inconsistent tapping. I think it is the tems which I have to replace because I think they are worn. If anyone can help with these problems it would be great. thanks in advance.
