2001 Toyota Solara Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

My car wont start or even crank when I turn the key no noise whatsoever.The Car worked two weeks ago but have been out of town and when I got back and it didn't start I changed the battery and the moment that i connect it the horn wont stop the car wont crank but all of the other electronics work.

Do you have an aftermatket alarm on it? Did you check for power at the starter?
