starting a Toyota Sienna

I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna 3.0 Engine i replace the cylinder head and i took out all the fuel and oil after i put back the cylinder head that i got the camshaft on time and the crankshaft on time too i try to star the car it seem it wants to start when i press the acceleration if i take it off it just dosent do anything i check the gas to see if it was getting but is not getting anything could that be the problem? if it is how can i get the fuel up to the engine? is their any way?

Turn the key to On position the few fuel pump should come On for a few secs. Do you have this?

BTW did you put the engine on TDC compression stroke before you remove the head.?
