Sienna XLE inside driver'd door handle

My door handle broke off on the inside driver's side door of my 1998 toyota sienna XLE -6cyl. 143k miles.

How do I repair it ?

I just fixed mine after it snapped off. Bought the part at the dealer for about $44. You have to remove the interior panel to have full access. A great photo-detailed explanation of removing the interior panel can be found at
