2004 Toyota Sienna up or down windows

we have a garage, should we keep my windows on the van up or down? or does it matter? we live in Mississippi.

Hi there,

I would keep them up and the car locked, just a safety issue, if someone broke in just that bit harder to get into the car, and you will get a lot of dust in the car with the windows down as well.
