2004 Toyota Sienna 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 104000 miles

Do I need to flush out the cooling system at this mileage?

Do I need to replace spark plugs?

Do I need to change transmission fluid and /or automatic transmission fluid?

at 100,000 miles, Toyota recommends inspecting brake drums & linings, brake pads, disc brakes, rotate tires, replace engine oil & filter and replace coolant. Inspect the tranny fluid as well, if it seems burnt, low or dirty then replace it.
