Hey, I noticed that there is a broken part in my Sienna. I looks like some sort of hear shield pretty much in the middle of the engine just behind two cooling fans. It is attaced by three screws. The two on the bottom are fine, but the one on the top is broken. It looks like an easy fix if I knew what the part is. My concern is that it may affect the two fans in front of it.

Thanks

Dan

Hi there,

This is sounding like the exhaust manifold heat shield, it covers the engine exhaust manifold and they do crack around the retaining bolts, the problem you will have is removing the bolts with out snapping them off, so five them a liberal dose of spray WD40 or such first.
