2004 Toyota Sienna Changed Battery now the motor misses

I recently changed an aged battery on my Sienna. Ever since the swap my motor has a miss to it, any suggestions for a fix?

Disconnecting the battery could caused the computer to lose its memory and needs to undergo relearning process.
