Ignition key is lock. Key can only turn up to ON part and is lockup. Cannot reach up to START. What do I do to start the engine. Thank you

Symptom indicates the ignition key cylinder is bad and has to be repaired or replaced.
One way of starting the vehicle is to turn the ignition key to ON and jump the starter relay in underhood junction box.
