how to access the brake light bulb to change burned out bulb?

you will have to unscrew/unbolt the tailight assembly then remove the bulb holder and pull out hte bulb.

Is there more than one screw/bolt holding the brake light assbly? I have tried to remove the brake light assbly, but it feels like there is another screw/bolt holding the assbly.

try prying them apart, the gasket is probably formed and holding them together.
