Interior problem
2000 Toyota Sienna 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The drivers side window will go down fine but when I try to put it up it will go up one or two inches then stop. A few seeconds or minutes later it will go up a little more. Sometimes it can take 5 minutes to get the window up. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Your window motor is most likely bad you would have to take off the inner door panel and make sure the motor is getting power and ground when it is not going up with the switch pushed. Also unbolt the glass and make sure it goes up smooth by it self without the window regulator.
