Electrical problem
2000 Toyota Sienna 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to replace the headlight cases. Tried to unscrew and tear ithem open but it seems impossible to remove the cases. Is is possible to do it by people like me who has no experience? Do I need any special tools? How much would the labor cost if replacing the two cases ( I've bought the parts already)?
