The vehicle jack when on reverse and will not move immediatelly when on Drive and even when the accelerator(turtle) is preesed. And suddenly it will jack forward and start moving.

Check the brakes and e brakes
jack van up and spin wheel
checking if any looked up
and also check E brakes cables
