Timing Marks

When I align the crankshaft pulley with the "0" mark to get the number 1 piston to TDC, the camshaft sprocket on the front head lines up with the timing marks but the rear camshaft sprocket does not. Does this means that my timing is off?

Hello,

I would do the water pump as well here are the instructions on how to change out the timing belt with diagrams below to walk walk you through the steps. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
