1999 Toyota Sienna engine cannot start

i was driving and had to slow down in trafic in doing so the engine shot off and will not start, what could be wrong with it
first i must tell you i just got it back from the shop where i did a tune-up and change the trans. oil also before the the engine shot off the oil light came on

Will it crank over if not the engine could be seiged due to lack of lubrication-
