1998 Toyota Sienna idle

It was not idle unless I put foot on gas pedal. So, I cleaned the throttle body,and the maf sensor, and removed the IAC valve and cleaned it out with throttle body cleaner. Fine for a couple of days, now it is idling above 2000 rpm. Please help.

Try checking the TPS closed and WOT voltages
