This morning I was just driving along and my Check Engine indicator light came on. This has never happened before and I had the oil changed and was about to have it changed again. Could it be a sensor gone bad because I do have lights on like ABS that have been on awhile and I was told that the sensor is going bad or could it be the grade of gasoline I've been using for awhile which is Regular grade and I'd been using Plus grade? Thanks for your assistance! Linda Bloomer

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
