I Got a magnetic clutch system failure on scan tool,, should i replace the throttle control motor?

Before replacement of parts, the problem should be diagnosed and confirmed part is faulty. Quite often problems occurs due to loose or broken wire connections etc. Here are the diagnostic procedures.
