My rear window is not operate with the remote or the dashboard switch. When I operate the remote I get a beep but no action. When I operate the dashboard switch I can hear a click in the rear door but again no movement. I have tried banging on the window while operating the switch, with no luck. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

If you are unable to operate the window either from the switch or the remote then it is likely that the window motor is defective.
Since you can hear the click when you try the switch it means you are getting power to the switch and it is completing the circuit.
To replace the window motor you will have to remove the inner door panel. It is held on by few screws and plastic fasteners.

Here is a helpful article:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
