2001 Toyota Sequoia Dash Instrument Panel stays on

On my Sequoia, whenever I take the key out of the car, you can still see the dash intrument panel lights, the radio and clocks is still on. It is just like the key is still in the ignition.

Yes, your ignition key switch is faulty, not breaking the contact once the key is out. I suggest that the service is performed by a dealership as your key is coded for security
