1995 Toyota Sequoia Rear wiper, defroster and window

My sequoia's rear wiper and washer are not working, the rear window will not go down, either by the key fob or the internal button itself, and the rear window defrost system will not turn on. I can not find any specific fuse that will address the issue indiviaully. Is this a fuse issue or something bigger?

Raise the hatch and find where the wire harness leaves the body and enters the hatch. Look carefully where the harness flexes and you may find wires that are damaged from years of flexing. You'll have to rmove the sheathing to get in there.
