2009 Toyota Rav4 Four Wheel Drive 8000 miles

Heard grinding noise while drive, I suspect the wheel bearing is bad, but how do you determine which one ?

Jack up each wheel and spin by hand, check for noise and rough feel, there should be no movement in the bearing with the wheel rocked top to bottom, also check brakes for wear as it may be a wear indicator rubbing on a rotor as well, start here.
