2008 Toyota Rav4 Cigarette lighter

The cigarette lighter doesn't work and the other power source after a faulty cell phone car charger was used. Is there a reset button as the fuse appears to be good?

No reset button. Are you certain fuse is good? Without tester you can't be sure, may replace fuse just to check. If it's good then wiring maybe the issue or the cigar lighter socket itself is shot and needs replaced
