2006 Toyota Rav4 how to pogram key

i bought a blank key off the internet and had it cut, only open doors not the engine. i tried the gas and brake strategy to program but no luck. does anyone know how to program the key?

will need to have dealership or local locksmith program it for you, it takes a special programmer which looks like the pic below..
