Steering problem
2003 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I accidentally poured brake fluid to the power steering compartment instead of power steering fluid...now its hard to steer the car.

what kind of repair should i have to fix these.

Remove high and low pressure lines and drain into container, drain PS pump.

You should be able to get almost all the fluid out of pump and rack.

Refill with PS fluid.

If you still have problems, repeat procedure above, one more time.
