the car started to slip gears then check transmisson fluid. I had add to a quart of fluid but car still slip between first and second gear ocassionally. Sept 2008 had ecm reflashed. Does the car ecm need to be reset or can it be a bigger problem? Should the ecm be replaced?

If the trans is slipping, then the clutch plates are worn. I would have it checked by a trans shop, but to me it sounds like it may need a soft parts overhaul.
