2002 Toyota Rav4 Automatic 80,000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,
A month ago I had my front end aligned. It needed it badly. Afterwards, my car drove like a dream and my gas mileage really improved. So far good news. But now my car is starting to shake a little at high speeds and my gas mileage has shrunk.

Is it possible for the alignment to "slip" and revert back to where it was?

Hi Sued2,

Wheel alignments don't run out that easily unless there is something wrong with the steering linkages, arm bushes or ball joints.

The shaking could be due to unbalanced tires or loose steering linkages.
