at highway speed tthe steering wheel vibrates when the brakes are applied. The slower the speed the less the wheel shakes. After I made several hard low speed stop the vibration at high speed was much less. Rotors and pads were replaced about 14000 mils ago. I suspect glazed pads?

Hi psilver,

Check the rotors and their seats, might need some cleaning or refacing, not surprising even if rotors are new.

Check for loose/worn steering linkages as well.
