2001 Toyota RAV4 Noisy brakes, also question about timing b

Afte getting new front brakes (resurfaced rotors, replaced brake pads, cleaned calipers, lubed slides) and rear brakes cleaned and adjusted, I have started hearing a noise often times when I apply the brakes. It is sort of a crunching or grating sound. I took it back to the dealer and they said the brakes are fine. Any thoughts?

second question: My brother-in-law says I need a new timing belt at 90K miles. I got a new drive belt at 87K, is that the same thing?
