2001 Toyota Rav4 hard to start

rav4 runs rough like very bad misfire,no codes set.need to keep foot on gas pedal in order to keep car running and then after releasing gas pedal once car starts it stalls within 10seconds.checked fuel pressure,ok.

Without a check engine light it becomes a hit and miss. IF fuel pressure is good, it has to be electrical. Has the engine been tumed reciently? IS there always a miss regardless of RPM's
