To replace the clutch, do I need to remove the motor?

to replace the clutch, do the motor and transmission need to be removed? If so, do the motor go up through or down? Please need help!

You dont have to remove the engine to do the clutch.It hangs on an engine support and the front subframe has to be dropped out of the truck. Not really a DIY project unless you have a lift and previous experience working on cars
