1997 Toyota Rav4 Compression for this motor

I have had this vehicle checked by 3 mechanics and all come up with a different compression reading. What should it be? We had trouble with it starting for 3 days and suddenly it started. I'm thinking fuel.

normaly compression for the engine is 185 psi, minimum compression is 135 psi and the maximum variation between the cylinders is 14 psi. .
