1995 Toyota Tocoma tie rod ends

Where are my inner tie rod ends?????????
Can someone please help me? Are they under that boot? I don't really want to break that rivet band on the boot if I don't have to.

Actually those are referred to as the rack ends.

If you need to replace them you have to remove the bellows.
