My previa's driver sider door isn't opening. It sometimes opens from the outside, but never from the inside. When I pull the lever on the inside door handle, it doesn't seem like it's connected to anything and just sticks straight out without retracting back to its original position. It closes normally, opening it is the problem. How can I resolve this? What do you think is the problem? I got it estimated and they just said it's a broken lock. Is that true? Thanks

Check the child lock and could also be the weather seal sticking to the door frame. Sometimes you need to push the door out from the inside.
