I had front pads fitted to my vehicle and after 11 weeks and around 3000 miles I developed a judder.
I took my vehicle back to the garage and they found a caliper sticking. One caliper new discs and pads were fitted. Should I have to pay for the replacement pads after such a short time and distance.

Well actually yes I believe you are on the hook for new pads and caliber because it was the faultly caliber that cause the premature failure of the other brake pads.
