Coolant temperature sensor

hi there are three temp sensors on the main water fed pipe . the first is green replaced the second is black this is the gauge ok .the third is grey what does this do. as code reader says temp fault . this switch is 70.00 from toyota but i dont know what it does cheers antony

You got a coolant temperature gauge that is on the right front of engine. Here is a guide to help walk you through the steps of changing it with the location in the diagrams below.
