1993 Toyota Previa Engineen Stalls

When I drivie my car and come to stop sign or traffic lights the engine stops or stalls. Some people say it be the oxgyen sensor or EGR. How would I know the type of EGR I have in my car. Is it electric or vaccum operated EGR? Thanks for your time.
