1992 Toyota Previa where can i find the main fuse & wha

1992 Toyota Previa

Battery is dead; I put on jumper cables -- nothing happens at all, absolutely no power on anything. I am suspecting main fuse is broken, but I do not know where to find it or what it looks like. I have looked at the fuses next to the battery and the fuses underneath the dashboard, everything is OK.

The fusible links are right there at the positive battery cable-triple check it-
