Feedback Noise over radio!!

Toyota, Pickup Std Cab, 170000, 22RE. I have a feedback noise over my radio and when I accelerate and change gears also. High pitch whine or whurring noise, can you tell me how to get rid of this noise.

Have your alternator tested. Sometimes a couple of bad diodes will cause enough electronic "noise" to interfere with radio reception.
