How can you correct a vibration in the front end cause by adding wheel spacers? I know it has something to do with the rack and pinion steering but is there any way to solve this problem aside from not adding the spacers?

Wheel spacers?

Do you have a lift on the truck or something?

When does it vibrate?

My truck is not lifted. I have 1 1/2" wheel spacers on the front and it has exaggerated a vibration that started after having the ball joints replaced do to a recall. It occurs between 50 and 60mph. Anytime the tires are rotated and taken on or off it can be more or less. Sometimes just taking the wheel off and rotating it 180 degrees can fix it. It is like the spacers have matched with the rims and if they are not on right the vibration gets worse.

Sounds like you should bring it back to the place that fixed the ball joints and have them realign it and make sure the joints were installed properly, and ask them about the spacers.
