I am getting the worst fuel milage ever.when the trucks idles then I give it the fuel black smoke streams from the tail pipe the truck when driving sams to have a small miss .help what could be the problem

Do you have a check engine light On or has flashed.

Rich mixture could be stuck in the open loop mode-being caused by the coolant temperature sensor or the snitcher oxygen sensor is not switching
