just recently started leaking oil (looks like gear oil) from in between the transmission and the transfer case. how much of a job is it to replace the seal between these two, or is there some other possibilities for causing the leak. I do not go off-roading (other than dirt roads), mudding, or any other form of torture. This is an everyday driver.

Seals tends to age over time and is a wear and tear condition.

Book time for replacement of seal should be about 5.5 hrs.
