1999 Toyota Pickup Spark plugs

I was changing my spark plugs and one cylinder on the passanger side middle cylinder had oil on the plug. No other plugs had oil on them. What could be causiing this?

you probably have a worn valvestem seal or a worn grommit for the spark plug.
